Now this is a story all about how

I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air

But wait I hear they're prissy, bourgeois and all that

Is this the type of place that they should send this cool cat

好了，飛機已降落，當我出去
Well uh the plane landed and when I came out
有位穿著像警察的傢伙站在這，拿著字牌，寫著我的名字
There was a dude looked like a cop standin' there with my name out
我不想那麼快被捕，再說我才剛到
I ain't tryin' to get arrested yet I just got here
我立刻像閃電麥昆一樣，撒跑走人
I sprang with the quickness like lightening disappeared
我吹口哨找的士坐，當的士靠近時

卻看到車牌寫著“CALIFORNIA FRESH'，而且車窗鏡子裡到處都是骰子
I whistled for a cab and when it came near
要是我想說的話，這的士好罕見
The license plate said 'Fresh', and it had dice in the mirror
但我以為，天啊，當我沒說，餵，兄弟，前往貝萊爾
If anything I could say that this cab was rare
大約七八點，我停車到了大房子
But I thought man forget it yo home to Bel-Air
我對那司機說：喲，兄弟，回頭見啦！

看看我的王國，我終於到了
I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8
坐上我的王位，以貝萊爾“茶煲王子”的身份
And I yelled to the cabbie, 'Yo Holmes, smell ya later!'
Looked at my kingdom I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel-Air
