Fellowship in pain is a kind that never fades away
所以我就不抗拒了，儘管接受吧
Which is why I don't fight it, I let it come
團契結束後呢，心裡倒是平靜了不少
The peace I receive when it's over is a different one
要用詞語形容的話，那就是“親切”
For the lack of better words, it's 'intimate'
它能將我自大的心和壞時光統統掃走
A bad time will show me all my pride and it'll murder it
你也聽到過，對嗎？那來自靈魂的呼喊
You've heard of it, right? the sound of a soul cry
能有個人作伴這聲音會更加嘹亮
So much louder when there's someone else by its side
所以弟兄姊妹們，當你們看到困難來臨

面對波折襲來，站穩立場，停下腳步

我們都認為困境無法抵擋
I think we all agree that it can't bestopped
但是只要我們沉得住氣就沒有什麼不可能
But if we all hold our breath than how can we not
參與這種情誼，分享這份同情
Share in this connection , this empathy
我們就能在艱難中比以往更要堅強
So much stronger than our good times through anything

Personally, I think that it's a better day
